Upgrade in process!

As part of the generous committment of the Department of Anesthesiology here at Hopkins, we are started the process of upgrading the Forum system. This will ultimately bring us to an upgraded version of the forum software (phpbb 3) and a more robust and dynamic databaseing system that works behind the scenes. Also, they will be improving the hardware and operating system used to run the system.

With any luck this will work without too many glitches. But please bear with us.....there will be the inevitable \"challenges to overcome\".

Thanks to the generous committment of the Depertment of Anesthesiology here at Hopkins (especially Mike Lindeman and Sharon Paul) the upgrade is complete! The Forum software has been ugraded to version 3....and it looks great!

Although there will likely be several issues that may crop up, we have tested the system and it seems to be working just fine. A new look, better spam protection, a sleeker administrative module (ok, that's mostly for me), and more memory management should make the system more of a pleasure to work with.

Check in now and frequently. Feel free to ask questions, relate experiences, and have fun.
